Aye, this spot was dope! Staff was mad chill, especially Anna—she hooked me up with tips, made my stay cozy, and even helped with my Halong Bay trip. Room was fresh and clean, just how I like it. Wifi worked like a dream. Nighttime security had me knockin’, though.

One mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle, making for some uncomfortable nights. The noise level from the corridors and a nearby room near reception was a bit disruptive at times. The second room smelled of sewage, and I encountered some tiny ants in the bathroom. Additionally, the wi-fi connectivity was unreliable, often requiring a mobile hotspot to get work done.

I loved my stay here! The team went above and beyond, especially Anna, who arranged a fantastic tour and even provided a complimentary airport transfer. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with fresh-smelling bedding Plus, the wifi worked flawlessly throughout my entire stay!
